IT Supervisor Application Developer
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and involved in developing Business Applications, Reporting & Integration/Interfacing System
2. Responsible for all project life cycle phases (SDLC) including: Scoping, Analyzing, Designing, Coding, Testing, Training & Software Maintenance.
3. Can conduct a meetings with users, management, or department during the project
4. Estimates and identifies project scope, time-line, cost and alternatives.
5. Responsible for all project documentation, user documentation and user training
Qualification and Requirement:
1. D3 or S1, preferably from IT Background.
2. Min 3 years experience as Supervisor Systems Developers
3. Have proven Skill in Integrated Development Environments (VB6, VisualStudio.Net 2005, MS SQL Server 2K/2K5, Crystal Report)
4. Good Attitude, Teamwork Player & able to work in a Time & Resource Constrain Environment.
5. Hardworking and ability to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines.
6. Self-motivated yet a team player.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill
8. Spoken and written in English.
