We are looking for qualified telemarketing resources to support our inside-telesales backbone in Indonesia.
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage one or more projects with full implementation phases
Lead and manage a team of Consultants in meeting project deliverables
Ensure delivery of project milestones on-time, on-budget
Responsible for quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction
Work with other Project Managers to ensure delivery of corporate objectives and projects
Work with Support Manager to meet customer service level
Formulate and conform to project methodologies
Propose and drive strategic activities and initiatives
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
At least 3 years working experience in implementing ERP/ Business Solution systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc)
At least 2 year in project management role leading a team of consultants
Able to work in a team
Actual industrial experiences in the following industries will be advantageous: Manufacturing, Retail, Shipping, Pharmaceutical
All incumbents must have:
Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
Able to work in a team
Willing to travel and overseas where required
Required language(s): English
Preferred language(s): Indonesia
