DIVISI IT:
1. IT Architecture and Planning Senior Manager
– report to GM IT Architecture and Planning
– Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science / Engineering and Business or IT related advanced degree
– at least 5 years preferably in telco industry of technical leadership experience in designing and applying technology to produce
integrated, enterprise-wide solutions, that meet business needs
– have a good understanding and have experience implementing e-TOM (e-Telecom Operations Maps)
– broad knowledge of IT Infrastrusture
– Experience using Unified Modelling Language (UML) tools
2. IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Senior Manager
– relevant degree in IT
– 5-10 years experience in similar capacity preferably in telco or related industry
– experience in data warehousing solutions and customer relations
– customer focus and service exellent mindset
3. Application Support Manager
– Relevant degree in IT
– min 2-3 yr in SAP system
– proficient with finance background
– good communication skill and vendor management skill
4. Electronic data Warehouse manager
– relevant degree in IT
– 5-8 years experience in similar capacity preferably in telco or related industry
– experience with CRM system
– customer focus and service exellent mindset
– excellent verbal and communication skill
5. Information security executive
– min 2 yr experiences in MS Windows 2000/2003 administration especially in managing active directory and global policy objects
(GPO), UNIX system admin, network devices configuration
– min 2 trs experiences in administering and configuring network devices especially CISCO
– min 3 years in information security
– experience in conducting security compliance assessment
– good communication and documentation skill
6. Billing Support Specialist
– have min 3 years of experience in telecommunication billing area
– take ownership of his / her works
– eager to learn and self motivated
– willing to work overtime when required by the company

– technical skills: windows, unix, FTP, microsoft office, oracle database, microsoft SQL Server, SQL Command, Unix shell script
DIVISI SALES AND MARKETING
(DEPARTMENT: CUSTOMER SERVICE)
1. CS Payment Collection Manager
– S1graduate from any discipline
– 3 years or more xperience in Credit Collection of illing Production or financial institution (colloection division) managerial
post, from telco environment will be preferable
– knowledge in Billing collection and customer service operational principles, invoices production and some financial institution
knowledge in the market will be helpful
– good written and spoken English
– god presentation and facilitation skills
– strong in details and high integrity
– service orientation, pleasant manner and have soul of serving people
2. CS Infrastructure Manager
– S1 graduate from any discipline
– deep understanding of Call centre infrastructure and customer service system that usually used in Telco company
– experience in developing CC and CIC infrastructure
– knowledge on core cellular technology
3. CRM Analyst
– Bachelor degree from any discipline
– min 3 years experiences in service related industry , preferably in QA environment
– customer service focus, understanding of CRM Concept and quality of service
– sound knowledge of CS process, operation and system
– good written and communication skills
– knowledge of operating system and essential customer services frontline competencies
– coach mentality, doog interpersonal skills, passion for quality.
4. Dealer Care Executive
– S1 graduate from any discipline
– 1 yr experience in Customer service system support/infrastructure and cellular technology
– good in managing people, communication skill, good team work relating to other division within the company.
– Good telephone etiquette, pro active, integrity, patience, responsive
– ready to work in extending hours (Mon – Sat)
– Positive attitude, learning, discipline person
– ability to adapt to new environment
5. Customer Interaction Center Supervisor (placement: Jakarta/ Central Java/ Bali-Lombok/Sumatera):
– S1 graduate from any discipline
– 3 yr experience in Customer service (in Walk in centre)
– sound knowledge of CS operational and training development
– has a conceptual and analytical thinking
– understanding and able to develop people/SME for training development time to time to support all CS

– willing to travel a lot and ready to be place in one of NTS CIC / Branch

– sound knowledge of branches operational aspects, scheduling, capacity

DIVISI SALES AND MARKETING
(DEPARTMENT: SALES)
1. Sales Area Supervisor (Jabodetabek/West Java/Central Java/Sumatera/Bali-Lombok)
– Min Diploma, S1 is a plus
– 2-5 years working experiences, telco background is plus
– at least 1-2 yrs managing small team
– comfortable with computer, using microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
– possess leadership and people skill
2. Sales Regional Manager (Jabodetabek/West Java/Central Java/Sumatera/Bali-Lombok)
– min D3, preferabl S1
– min 5 yeras working experience, telco background is a plus
– at least, 2 years in managing large sales force
– comfortable with computer, using microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
– possess leadership and people skill
DIVISI FINANCE
1. Tax Manager
– S1 Accounting from reputable university with min GPA 3.0 or above
– 8-10 years working experience with related field , preferable from MNC with at least 3-5 yr experiences as tax consultant from
reputable firm
– male/female max 35 years old
– accounting background and good understanding in accounting process
– strong practical knowledge of indonesian tax regulation
– Tax brevet B and C certificate is a must and USKP will be an advantage
– familiar with tax planning
