Software Application Support
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:
-Implementation, Support and Training to Customer.
-Analyze and define the project scope.
Requirements:
-Hold S1 Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with Minimum GPA 3.0
-Understanding of Software Project Management, Project Management Life Cycle.
-Familiar with Network, Technical Support and Trouble Shooting for Web based Application.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
-Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
