SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience combining analysis, design, development, test and implementation of large-scale software systems (Object-Oriented and/or distributed componet based especially .NET)
Bachelor Degree from IT
Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
Strong in logic and algorythm
Experienced with Object-Oriented analysis/design & some knpwledge and skills on Software Architecture
Deep knowledge & high skill in Microsoft .NET Technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, etc)
Experienced with RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server
Excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills
Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services, Database End Point, Flat File End Point, etc)
Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantage)
Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
Good leadership skills and experience in leading development teams
