CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER - NETWORK & TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING (CODE: CPM-N&TC)
To ensure services are delivered in timely, effectively and efficiently in the area of Radio/Core/Transport network design and network performance improvement (ND/NPI). Responsible in project management scope (resource allocation, scheduling activities, provide and control cost/budget).
Ideal Candidates:
PMP certification from PMI is preferred;
Solid background in GSM/GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA system;
Experienced in leading customer project in the area of ND/NPI activities;
Highly developed knowledge of concept and products and detailed knowledge of the assigned products (Radio/Core/Transmission); Exceptional project management skills;
Highly developed leadership, team building and decision making skills;
Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.

RADIO ND/NPI SENIOR CONSULTANT (CODE: RND/NPI - SC)
To lead and manage a group of RND/NPI consultants, in delivering services and providing technical support during customer discussion.
Ideal Candidates:
Solid background in GSM/GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA system in radio part;
Experienced in leading RND/NPI services delivery;
Highly developed knowledge in planning and optimization tools;
Highly developed leadership, team building and decision making skills;
Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.

CORE ND/NPI CONSULTANT (CODE: CND/NPI)
To perform network topology/connectivity design, detail network configuration/setting for node basis, nodes & links & interfaces dimensioning,produce list of recommendations for NPI of switching nodes.
Ideal Candidates:
Solid background in GSM/GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA systemin core part;
Experienced in the area of digital switching systems (e.g. AXE)and in Circuit-Switched domain or Packet-Switched, and Signalling (No. 7)network;
Highly developed knowledge in planning and optimization tools;
Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.

TRANSPORT ND/NPI CONSULTANT (CODE: TND/NPI)
To perform ND/NPI activities such as: network topology design, node and link dimensioning, network impact studies, field survey and site selection support, network operation and management systems, transmission network optimisation.
Ideal Candidates:
Solid background in GSM/GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA system in transmission part;
Highly developed knowledge in planning and optimization tools;
Detail knowledge of transmission network design and network performance techniques, especially in relation to digital cellular networks;
Highly developed consultative skills and presentation skills.

Basic Requirements :
University degree qualification ( Telecommunication , Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent
Preferred years of experience in related field :
Minimum 10 years for Managed Services Head of Network Operation
Minimum 7 years for Project Manager, Manager
Minimum 5 years for Team Leader, Senior Engineer, Solution Architect, HR Analyst, Competence Development Specialist.
Minimum 3 years for Engineer, Solutions Integrator
Literate in IS / IT
Fluent in English ( oral / written ), additional languages would be an advantage
Sharp analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Proactive, initiative, open to continuous change and varying degree of responsibility
Communicative, cooperative, customer oriented
