He or She must have :
- Understanding requirements, coding & designing on Java/PHP/.Net. platform.
- Thorough knowledge networking.
- Experience in application development environment, SQL Server,HTML, XML, MySQL
- Familiarity with design patterns, agile programming and/or extreme programming.
- Exposure to web service designing, web technologies.
- Can handle project/task independently as well as be a team member.
- Able to upgrade existing code to higher version.
- strong sense of logic and decoding.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
General Qualification

* Experience in web programming
* Willing to work long hours
