HR MANAGER
Job Descriptions:
1.Supervised and Controlling HR Staff activity (All process during Recruitment, in coordination with also Head Hunter, Schedulling on Crew Rotation for Local and Expatriate Employee)
2.Supervised and Controlling GA Staff actifity (Company’s and Expat Document in Coordination with Company’s Agent)
3.Supervised and Controlling Payroll process
4.Supervised and Controlling Employees Jamsostek.
5.Supervised and Controlling Employees NPWP (Tax).
6.Supervised and Controlling Medical Reimbursement.
7.Duty on Industrial Relation matters (responsible on company regulation, external relation with Government officer)
8.HR Supervisor for Field Office at Prabumulih – Palembang and Papua New Guinea
9.In charge of making employement Contract & Compay Regulation / Guidelines. (Contract Employee, Permanent & Daily Employees)
10. Others administration jobs due to HR daily routine.
Qualifications:
1.Age: Less than 50 Years
2.Male
3.Writing skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill is good
5.Has experience in HR Department
6.Excellent English both written and oral
