Our clients Multinational Oil & Gas Company are actively seeking a Senior Learning & Development Officer to report into their HR Manager.
Senior Learning & Development Officer – HR
(Permanent position – Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
- Direct, control and monitor the People Learning & Development activities to support Indonesia operations in achieving its business objectives while complying with HRM’s policies and procedures.
Requirement:
- Male
- Degree in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
- 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry & 3 years in Human Resources related areas.
- Have strong knowledge of the E&P industry as well as PSC regimes in different countries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English skill both writing and speaking
