Lowongan Senior Project Controls Engineer

Our Client, one of the biggest oil company in Indonesia, located in Duri, Pekanbaru, we are looking for Expatriate with the following position :

SENIOR PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER

Function / Responsibility:
Prepare, complete, lead, coordinate, and control Contractor’s activities in the project controls of projects. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but no limited to:

1.Lead a project controls group consisting of Schedules, Document Controllers, and Cost engineers to provide project controls Services to projects under CONTRACTOR or directly under COMPANY.
2.Provide technical consultation for Facility engineering, construction and commissioning.
3.Work closely with Company’s representatives related to project controls.
4.Develop, implement and monitor Contractor’s Key Performance Indicator.
5.Develop and maintain Contractor’s project controls Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), techniques, and guidance.
6.Draft and prepare “WBS” for every project.
7.Prepare and maintain project master schedules.
8.Monitor and report project schedules and costs.
9.Provide cost and schedule estimates.

Qualification requirement:
Minimum qualification is an Engineer from University/College/Higher education institution with minimum ten(10) years international experience in project engineering, construction, and project controls, seven (7) years of which must be in project controls oil facilities, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects. Have knowledge of engineering and construction and thorough knowledge and skills of oil field scheduling and costing methods including its practices, procedures, and computer applications with special provision having competency to operate project management planning application. Shall have capability to coordinate the overall project controls activities, formulate and recommend project schedule and cost estimate in accordance with projects objectives, give advice on project status, variations, and recovery plans, operate schedule and costing applications.
