Lowongan Operations Manager GAC World

Our organization is urgently looking for an Operations Manager to manage the day to day operations of a busy shipping agency. He/She will be a member of the management team and will report directly to the Managing Director.

Essential Requirements :
1. Graduate from AIP Academy
2. Fluent in English language, both oral and written
3. Minimum 10 years experience in shipping operations handling vessels and dealing with principals and Ship Masters
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Good working knowledge of IT software including MS office outlook, word, Excel and Power Point
6. An ability to lead and motivate Operations Staff to achieve service excellence.
7. An Ability to make and deliver effective presentations

Desired Requirements :
1. A master Mariner would be preferred
2. Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and the shipping industry in general
3. Age from 35, with mature personality and outlook
4. A willingness to travel domestically and overseas at short notice
5. Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and a willingness to work outside of office hours
6. A spirit of adventure
