Transactions & Recording
1 Prepare Other Account Payables Daily
2 Prepare sales invoice Daily
3 Prepare amortization list of prepaid expenses Monthly
4 Intercompany confirmations Monthly
5 Calculate Fixed Assets Depreciation Monthly
6 Input General Ledger Daily
7 Monthly revaluation Monthly
Reconciliations / Reports
1 Schedule of prepayments Monthly
2 Fixed assets listing Monthly
3 Lisiting Accrued Severance, Legal & professionals, Accrued export charges & accrued others Monthly
Legal & Others
1 Filing legal documents and agreements (Except tax, finance & expatriate documentations) Adhoc
2 Liaise with notary and legal consultant Adhoc
3 Insurance for property Annually &Adhoc
Sales & Account Receivables
1 Printing sales invoice to customers & Faktur Pajak Daily
Annual Financial Audit
Preparing all document till issued Audit Report Annually
Tax
1 Prepare annual empolyee income tax reports Annualy
2 Check Corporate income tax returns Annualy
3 Calculate royalty & commissions Monthly
4 Assisting Managing Director when required Daily
Financial Reporting
1 Makes accrual for month end ending Monthly
2 Hyperion, Rolling forecast, statistical account, Management commentary Monthly
3 Print financial statements Monthly
4 Flash report and Cash & Debt Monthly
5 Etc Report Monthly
