HR Assistant Manager
(to cover Sukabumi Plant & Offices)
The Job:
Reports to HR Manager.
Be responsible in performing recruitment, competency assessment, learning & training, talent management, performance evaluation, and internal communication.
Requirements:
Max. 35 years old, Min. S1 in Psychology, certified psychologist, experienced in HR for minimum of 7 years, savvy in ISO standard and implementation, sound comprehension in Labor Law, and good understanding in payroll administration.
