Our Client, an International Chemical Manufacturing Company, is urgently seeking for dynamic professionals to strengthen their management team. We invite qualified executives to fill in for the following positions:
TAX MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
· Liaise with Tax Authorities and Tax Consultants on all taxation matters for the company
· Manage Tax Compliance and Administration, Tax Planning, Tax Audit as well as Tax Court Settlement activities
· Administer and monitor the implementation of inter-company transfer pricing policies and procedures
· Manage all US tax reporting as well as local statutory requirements (current and deferred tax)
· Supervise the tax team in day to day operation in order to fully compliance with the Tax Regulation
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Tax
· At least 6 years Tax experience preferably in Multi National Companies and experiences in handling Tax Audits and Tax Court Settlement
· Experience in SAP R3 environment would be an advantage
· Strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English
Salary : About Rp. 15,000,000,- / month (gross)
