Our client a multinational palm oil company is looking for a Senior Manager of Employee Relation Department to be stationed in the Jakarta Office.
The qualifications are as follows :
- Male, between 35 to 47 years old
- University graduate (preferably majoring in Law)
- Min 5 years experience as Manager of Employee Relation Department
- Active in English (oral & written)
- Good leadership skills, communication & interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding the government regulations on Manpower, Negosiasi PKB
- Have experience in handling Peradilan PHI (Tenaga Kerja)
