JOB PURPOSE
The Technical Support Manager Feed Additives Asia Pacific Region will have the overall responsibility of managing and providing technical support activities in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives. He/ She works closely with Country Distributors and End-Users in terms of providing professional and technical solutions to feed additives manufacturing companies.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide advice and technical support to Distributors and their Sales Force in each country in order to enable them to work effectively.
- Work closely and directly with other Veterinarians or Technicians, Sales-force, Technical Managers and Technicians of Animal Feed/ Agricultural companies.
- Conduct technical product presentations, sales people training, supporting technical and field tests, gathering competitors’ product information in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives; customer fulfilment, increased sales development and company image
Required Qualification / Education / Experience:
- Indonesian, Male / Female, 35 - 40, at least S-1 Degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Science from reputable overseas or national university.
- Fluent English communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong background in technical sales support. In-depth knowledge in mycotoxin adsorbents is a valuable plus.
- No objections for constant travelling throughout Asian countries such as Thailand , Philippines , China , Taiwan , Korea , Malaysia Â…(trips should comply 70 % of his /her time)
- Having professional network or contacts with large and integrated animal feed manufacturing / agro-based companies and other Regional Feed Mills and Integrations is also considered a considerable plus.
- Experienced and deep / hands-on knowledge about various products such as: Mycosorb / MTB 100; Mycofix / Mycofix Plus 3.0; Mico Ad; Mycotox; Condition Ade; Novasil.
- Proven successful track record as Sales & Technical Support Manager Feed Additives with International or MNC feed additives manufacturing companies.
- Strong leadership, decision making and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills; persistent, with ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding and competitive market environment.
