Buyer x 4
(Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with suppliers for delivery commitment against PO, update commitment into SAP system.
- Issue reschedule request and forecast to suppliers.
- Keeping suppliers aligned to material requirements. Pull in or push out delivery with suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers on all delivery related issues. Eg. Shipment pre-alert, delivery delinquency
Requirements:
- Able to communicate (written and spoken) fluently in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Degree holder, preferably in Engineering
- 2 years’ experience in Planning, Scheduling or Purchasing
- Candidates must be willing to work at Batam, Sekupang
Head of Purchasing – Based at Batam
Responsibilities
1) Manage a team of Buyers
2) Plan and allocate purchasing objectives to Buyers
3) Drive and follow up on purchasing KPIs and deadlines, resolve issues escalated by Buyers.
4) Report to management weekly on all purchasing KPIs
Requirements
1) Able to communicate (written and spoken) fluently in English
2) 2 years’ experience in leading a purchasing and planning team
3) Degree holder, preferably in Engineering
4) Organized, meticulous and disciplined
5) Candidates must be willing to be based in Batam
Recruitment / HR Executive x 1 is as follow:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years’ experience in HR of which at least 2 years in recruitment
- Familiar with the labour regulations in Indonesia
Basically the role of this person is to do HR Generalist role.
The key experience we are looking at is recruitment.
Product Engineer (BATAM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Product Transfer and Project Schedule
- Coordinate DFM/DFT with design team
- Liaise with customers and plant for all technical issues
- Create and maintain the B.O.M including ECN
- Perform First Article Approval for parts
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in managing BOM, ECN, First Article approval and NPI activities
- Experience in EMS environment, PPAP and FMEA will be added advantage
- Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
- Candidate should be ready to work in Batam
Component Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain VPL using Part Library Manager
- PCB CAD and Gerber data analyzing
- Combining and linking BOM versus X-Y SMT data
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
- At least 3-8 years of working experience in EMS company.
- Experience in Valor system is an advantage.
- Good in Macro Excel
- PCB design experience with Protel/Orcad/Mentor Graphics is an advantage
- Willing to work in Batam
