This position will be located in our Head Office, the incumbent will be responsible to manage daily activities such as : recruitment, placement, employee relation, staffing, performance management review and update of job descriptions, review and update the HR system
Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should possess :
- A degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant social sciences.
- A minimum 2 years experience as HRD with a reputable Company.
- Good knowledge on the labor Act and Industrial Relations.
- A high level of capability in both written and spoken English is essential, have good interpersonal skills, computer literate and capable of financial budgetary and analysis management, as well as other standard business skills required
- Have a good problem solving skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Age between 25 – 30 years old
