Over the Counter (OTC) Head Division
The qualifications are:
* Female / Male
* Age between 35 – 40 years old
* Min. 5 Year of Managerial Experience in OTC Pharmaceutical
* Candidate must be come from Pharmaceutical Industry
Job Description / Key Activities of the Candidate:
1. To leads sales function for assigned territory or products, formulate sales objective and strategy
2. To Responsible for the direction and management of all sales activities
3. To manage field sales offices, administration and report
4. To develop customer satisfaction, customer relationship
5. To develop, monitor, and control distributor net work in Indonesia
6. To develop business relationship with all distributors, hospital, doctors,
To ensure timely payment
7. To develop sales forecast, budget & man power plans, policy and procedure
To direct distributors and or sales force to achieve sales target
8. To pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations and construct appropriate terms of sales
