HEAD OF LEGAL (Based in Medan, Sumatera Utara)
Responsible for all legal function including Corporate transactions (M & A, financing, restructuring, etc), operation and corporate documents and licenses and litigation
Ensure compliance and provide leadership on legal policy, procedures and administration
Requirements
Graduate degree in Law (LL.M will be and added advantage) with min 10 years experience , preferably from prominent law firm
EXPORT IMPORT MANAGER (Based in Marunda,Jakarta)
Develop marketing plan align with business goal and plant capability
Build capable commercial team to ensure success and sustainability
Review edible oil market and develop marketing strategies for profitable growth and expansion of the company.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or Food Technology with min 10 years of experience in marketing of specialty Palm Oil related product for international markets
PROCESS MANAGER (Based in Marunda,Jakarta)
Develop appropriate new product growth strategies in target market and translate business goals into process objectives, plans and deliverables
Ensure plant and process requirements are suitable to handle a particular new product to meet various customer needs
Requirement
Graduate degree in Chemical/Food Technology with min 10 years experience in palm oil processing, fractionation and hydrogenation (experienced in fats processing and packing fro consumer market will be an added advantage.
