Requirements
-Excellent understanding of Accounting Principles
-Good understanding at Taxes
-Ability to develop SOP Finance and Accounting
-Ability to produce Financial report
-Ability to produce Informative, Communicative & Compact Management Reports
-At least 3years of experience in the same position or as senior auditor in a reputable Financial Consultant
-High achiever, self motivated, strong leadership, & high motivation to improve or level him/herself.
Sales & marketing Manager
Requirements
-Min S1
-3 years experience in property development
-Able to create new market/possibility
-Responsible for executing sales and marketing programmes on the track
-Strong leadership , interpersonal and communication skills
-Good appearance and pleasant personality
-Able to negotiate effectively with high level customer
-Attractive salary and commission
-Willing to work during week-end
