At present, the Company owns and operates an impressive portfolio of premier hotels, commercial properties (office buildings, rental apartments & townhouses, and retail centers), residential properties (strata-title apartments and landed residential), as well as strategically located landholdings in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bali, Surabaya, Balikpapan and several other cities in Indonesia. Our client is now seeking qualified candidate to fullfil the position of :
General Manager Residential – Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site engineering and operations issues, achieving established financial and operational objectives and leading a large team including tenant relation, administrative, accounting, housekeeping, security and engineering/maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 45 years old.
- Degree in Engineering or strong engineering background is preferable.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in civil and planning/ architecture/ construction management, MBA degree is a plus
- Minimum 15 – 20 years related working experience in housing and commercial building developer
- Proven track record to execute the projects, on behalf of the company to coordinate with owner in technical and whole operation matters
- Strong leadership, a dynamic team player, having sense of responsibility & urgency, able to work under pressure, charismatic, manage cultural cross, resourceful
- Analytical skills, rigorous, well organized and ability to manage projects.
- Good managing people skill and good Leadership
- Excellent command of English and some proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Strong experience in team building and leadership roles is a must.
