BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER
(PROPERTY INDUSTRY)
Qualifications Required :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate / Corporate Finance / Investment /Engineering
- Around 30 years old with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Working experience in a property consultant company is a definite advantage.
- Adequate knowledge in property research, valuation or marketing intelligent
- Strong analytical skills, excellent in numbers, has high attention to details.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
