M/E ENGINEER Urgently Required
QUALIFICATIONS :
Male, max. of age : 45 years
Bachelor Degree, majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a major Project Construction
Good command of English
Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast – track project environment
Candidate to be involved with reviewing designs, coordinating with consultants and assisting with procurement from the Jakarta Office, then to be stationed in the Middle East for a limited period for construction management and supervision
QUANTITY SURVEYOR :
QUALIFICATIONS :
Male, max. of age : 40 years
Educational background : Min. S1 Civil / Architect
Minimum experience : 5 years
Experience in handling Cost Estimation, Budget Control, Material Control, Monitoring, Time Table and Hand Over of the Project.
Computer literate and familiar with CAD program
Understand English
Hard worker and independent
CAD OPERATOR
QUALIFICATIONS :
Male, max. of age 35 years
Min.of 1 year experience
Min. education : D3, majoring in Civil or others technical backgrounds
Familiar with Auto Cad program and fit-out estimation cost
CIVIL TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATIONS :
Male, max. 24 years old
Min. STM or D3 majoring in Civil / Mechanical / Electrician
Min. 2 years experience on civil jobs in high rise Building ( plumbing, painting, etc.)
Able to Operate Gondola.
Basic knowledge of English language (preferable).
Hard Worker and willing to learn.
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY :
QUALIFICATIONS :
Female, age between : 30 – 38 years
Min. D3 – Secretarial / Administration
Have at least 4 years working experience as exec. secretary
Good command of written and spoken English
Good computer skill
Good communication skill
Hard Worker and Independent
TRAINING MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS :
Male/Female, not older than 40 years old.
Graduated from a reputable university, S1
Have min. 5 years working experience as Training Manager, preferably in a large organization
Good command of written and spoken English
Certified as a trainer from a reputable institution
Pleasant personality and strong leadership skills
Computer literate
Senior M&E Project Engineer
Reporting to an Expatriate Project Director
QUALIFICATIONS :
Mechanical Engineer preferable but not essential
Minimum 10 – 15 years experience in project deliveries
Capable of working with a dynamic team on fast moving assignments
Able to build strong teams and work groups
Capable of managing and coordinating design consultants
Experience in design reviews and design work where necessary
Capable of fast and effective checking of supplier and contractor submissions
Commercial and contractual competence at both project and subcontract level
Experience in procurement of M&E equipment and contractors
Experience in fast-track project management of building projects of $100 million value
Capable of setting up project controls and streamlining site activities
Extensive experience in day-to-day site management, supervision and problem solving
Prepared to carry out work assignments in the Middle East
Experience in the Middle East beneficial but not essential
Senior Civil Project Engineer/Project Manager
Reporting to an Expatriate Project Director
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum Civil Engineer qualification
Minimum 10 – 15 years experience in project deliveries
Capable of working with a dynamic team on fast moving assignments
Able to build strong teams and work groups
Capable of managing and coordinating design consultants
Experience in design reviews and design work where necessary
Capable of fast and effective checking of supplier and contractor submissions
Commercial and contractual competence at both project and subcontract level
Experience in procurement of all civil, structural and finishing packages
Experience in fast-track project management of building projects of $100 million value
Extensive experience in day-to-day site management, supervision and problem solving
Prepared to carry out work assignments in the Middle East
Experience in the Middle East beneficial but not essential
