QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER (QSM)
This position is responsible to undertake the preparation of the Bill of Quantity, tender documents and tender process as well project cost plan, procurement and purchasing works. To plan, carry out and lea all tender process, and documentation and a comprehensive of strategies for handling contract documents
- Male/Female, age between 28-35 years
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field or QS Consultant
- Computer literate such are Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD and MS Project
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Self motivated and strong team player
- Well organized, takes initiatives, self starter, able to work under pressure
- To be positioned in Phnom Penh office permanently
