CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Rancamaya Estate
We are an established developer, estate management and golf & country club business and due to our business expansion in some projects, we urgently required the high talented General Manager to lead our big project, with the following requirements:
- Min S1 from Civil Engineering and S2 from Business management is advantage
- Female or male with range 40 years – 50 years old
- Have experience in leading the project with min 50 ha and have a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the property business and relevant trends and development
- Have a strong business and marketing strategy and deep understanding of key business processes (Land Acquisition, Engineering, Finance, Sales & Marketing, General Administration, Legal Matters and Human Resource)
- Demonstrate solid experiences in technical and management
- Able to evaluate the feasibility of a range of business strategy and develop reliable and robust strategies and implementation plans to achieve short, mid and long term organizational goals
- Able to explore new opportunities in the product (landed houses, township, commercial building,etc) and pro actively seek out new opportunities that have significant revenue and profit potential
- Able to create and gaim commitment to a clear and inspiring vision of the team and organization future which can be demonstrated in striving to better position in the property business relative to the competition
- Show independent drive, good communication and negotiation skills
- Build and maintain trust and positive relationship within and outside the company
