-Min 30 years old
-Master/Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance/Management/Business Administration
-Good understanding of stock market operations
-Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, accounting and financial reporting, legal drafting capability
-Good knowledge of Bapepam an JSX rules and regulations
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Design Manager (Architect) – DMA
-Min 35 years old
-Master/Bachelor Degree of Architecture from reputable university
-Min 10 years of exp in designing high rise building or residential area
-Having previous working exp in design consulting company is an advantage
Leasing Manager (mall)-LM
-Attractive appearance
-Min 30 years old
-Having exp in leasing shopping centre or business development from retail industry
-Exp in prospecting tenant
-Strong negotiation skill
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
