Mulia Industry is a group of manufacture company which consist of two operating subsidiaries, namely Mulia Glass and Mulia Keramik Indah Raya. Mulia Industry was established in 1986. Has been listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange and started to go public in 1994 as PT. Mulia Industrindo, Tbk. Up to now, all production process take place in Cikarang with +/- 10.000 employees.
To strengthen our company development, now we are looking professional candidates to fill in the position as:
TRAINING & RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Recruitment process: Psychological assessment, develop matrix competency & placement.
2. Responsible in handling training program: conduct TNA, arrange training, etc.
3. Responsible in implementing ISO 9001; ISO 14001 for all HR aspect
Qualification:
1. Male, min 27 years old.
2. Bachelor degree from Reputable university, majoring in psychology.
3. Experience in designing training program for 3 years.
4. Experience in handling recruitment process.
5. Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
6. Excelent Computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excell, Power point & Linux program)
7. Well experience using statistic program.
8. Adaptable, excellent analitical and presentation skill, self starter, excellent communication skill, and able to maintain good relationship with other department.
9. Willing to be placed in Cikarang (We provide shuttle bus for employee).
