Call Center Agent (CCA)
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for answering phone calls, emails, faxes, and letters from customers.
-Perform call management & problem solving faced by customers over the telephone.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate Minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0) or Bachelor’s/College Degree Min. GPA 2.50 (scale 4.0) in any field.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
-Exp in Call Center or Customer Service will be an advantage.
-Above average communication skills in ENGLISH.
-Willing to learn and training will be provided.
-Strong willed, motivated.
-Customer oriented.
-Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
-Must be willing to work on shifting schedules/night schedule.
-Willing to work FULL TIME.
-Willing to extend working hours.
