Call Center Representatives / Customer Service Representatives / Contact Center Assistant
(Singapore – Central)

Responsibilities:
Post a: Call Centre Representatives
-1 year contract renewable.
-Handle calls & reservations.
-Experience in Hotel/Travel Industry highly preferred.

Post b: Customer Service Representatives (Cantonese / Mandarin / Korean / Japanese speaking)
-6 mths to 1 year Contract Renewable.
-Training will be provided.

Post c: Contact Center Assistants (Cantonese / Korean / Japanese / Mandarin speaking).
-6 mths to 1 year Contract Renewable.
-Provide Administrative support.
-Handling of enquires, calls and emails.

Requirements:
-O/N/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
-Proficient in Ms Office.
-Good communication skills.
-15 Full-Time positions available..
