Our Client, is upstream oilfield services company. They are looking for a qualified person to join their team in Jakarta. The requirements are as follow:

HR Generalist
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:
Job Description
-Support the implementation of recruitment program involving selection, hiring, placement of offshore and onshore personnel of mid-career hires. Administer the placement of employment advertising, pre-employment test, interview and signing up employment package. Conduct screening interviews as necessary.
-Provide assistance on employment advertising, pre-employment test, and signing up employment package.
-Coordinate and supervise the project Administrator to ensure that crew change logistic are appropriately handled and report to Human Resources Manager regarding issued countered.
-Review and monitor employee data. Identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action using software to carry out appropriate audits.
-Investigate & resolve day-to-day concerns and questions regarding compensation & benefits matters which are “within the policies”.
-Participate in the remuneration surveys, acting as the contact point for external remuneration surveys, completing salary datasheets and questionnaires, provide analysis of the survey result for HR Manager review
-Implement all benefits program such as Life Insurance, Pension Plans, medical benefits program
-Assist Human Resources Manager to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to, including Personnel Files. Conduct ad-hoc quarterly audit of files and review with Human Resources Manager.
-Maintain record of National employees’ vacation days due/taken and post same on Sector web page.
-Coordinate paperwork relative to any Medical Guarantees for Inpatient work that may be requested (to be authorized by authorized signatories) and track such information for HR Manager review.
-Assist with preparation of Labor Contracts on labor supply and medical services.
-Support Sector Human Resources Team Leader with any other duties linked with human resources including support to auditors.
-Supervise Formality Agent on Expatriates and Immigration Documentation to ensure compliance with local and foreign Government laws.
-Manage & supervise Man Power Supply Contractor(s) & Formality agent to ensure quality services and competitive pricing & provide recommendation to HR Manager for continuing improvement.

Requirements:
EDUCATION:
-Proficiency in writing and speaking English.
-Minimum Bachelor degree in Administration or General Management.

EXPERIENCE:
-Having min 3 years in the field of Human Resources Management/Training
-Preferably in services to Oil & Gas and Mining industry.

SKILLS:
-Data Base applications, Excel and Word applications.
-Good knowledge of Power Point.
-Having analytical, strategic thinking & balance with practical approach.
-Highly articulate communicator.
-High level of accountability and responsibility.
