WorleyParsons Indonesia a premier Engineering Consultant is looking to recruit Human Resource Manager for Jakarta operation. We have more then 200 staff and serve all local as well as International client.
Co-ordinate and administer approved Human Resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective use of human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives within the location.
Specific objectives include:
- Roll out of the corporate HR and Learning & Development (L&D) strategy in the location
- Development of HR and L&D strategy and initiatives to address location issues
- Managing Recruitment /deployment strategies to ensure sufficient quality resources are available to satisfy project and location growth needs
- Implementation of HR policies across the location including, safety programs and training
- Change management activities including training and facilitation activities.
