HR SUPERVISOR & INDUSTRIAL RELATION (IR)
Qualification :
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in HRM with managerial experience
- Having knowledge of Manpower regulations / indonesian labor law and its implementation
- Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the human resources operation
- Strong in company’s regulation
- Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, personnel matters & employee relation
- Knowledgeable in compensation and benefit
- Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
- Proficient in written and spoken english as well as computer literate
- Willing to be placement in Bali
