RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Responsibilities
-Manage shop staff recruitment, development, grooming, payroll and schedules
-Maintain customer relations and handle complaints
-Coordinate shop maintenance and cleaning schedules
Qualifications
-Female, max 35 years of age
-S1/D3 graduate, sound knowledge of English
-At least 3 years exp in retail
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
-Prepared to work on weekends.
