Customer Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Setting up and developing strategies as well as services programs to ensure excellent service for customer and principal satisfaction.
Manage Customer service Officer to support branches sales activity like a program, telesales, handling complaint, service quality
To Achieve sales target / revenue from telesales activity.

Job Requirements :
o Male / Female : 30 years old
o Min Bachelor degree in any field
o At least 2 years proven track record as Customer Relation Manager in banking, leasing, multi finance, insurance.
o Fluent in English ( both oral and written )
o Strong Leadership, good analytical thinking
o Self starter and high motivated
o Willing to travel frequently

Business Executive ( Optical Product )
Key Responsibilities :
o Manage and organizing product accounts
o Doing marketing strategic activities
o Coordinating with the field force about the program, promotion, price, etc
o To be a strategic partner for the principal according to company’s vision, mission and policy.
Job Requirements :
o Female, maximum 30 years old
o Minimum Diploma degree in Optical Studies
o At least one year experience as a marketing in optical industries, preferable contact lenses products.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and Presentation skill
o Experience in giving trainings.
o Good leadership and self confident
o Willing to travel

Administrator Supervisor
Key Responsibilities :
o Handling branch administration system, database updates and data matching.
o Handling Budgeting, collection and Bad Debt.
o Controlling expenses and past due.

Logistic Supervisor
Key Responsibilities :
o Manage Stock mixed, order fulfillment, forecast accuracy & delivery timeline
o Handling stock losses
Job Requirements :
Male / Female, maximum 28 years old.
Min S1 Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management for Administration Supervisor, and in any discipline preferably from Industrial Engineering for Logistic Supervisor.
At least one (1) year experience in the same position, preferable from distribution or related company.
Strong leadership skills, Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
To be placed in AAM branch ( all over Indonesia )
