Budget & Cost Controller
Job description:
Monitor the expense/project cost against budget by Project, including releasing PO & processing unbudgeted expenditure.
Assist in preparation of OPEX & CAPEX budget by project
Providing the project cost report, financial control and profitability including analysis.
Responsible to coordinate, control and drive the cost of each project, work together with each related Project Manager to maximize project result.
Communicate the budget vs cost expense within the project management organization
Prepare PL by project and analysis to management
Qualifications required:
University graduate background, majoring in Accounting
Minimum 3 year experience with similar function
Excellent Computer skills especially excel spreadsheet is a must.
Possess sound communication and interpersonal skill, strong in details,
High initiative and hands-on attitude as well as good organizing skill
Experience working on Big Four Public Accountant firm would be preferable
