1. Service Manager
2. Promotion Manager
3. Floor Supervisor
4. Club Host
Requirements for the Manager’s Position:
Male or Female
Pleasant appearance and personality
Honest and trustworthy
Totally service orientated – with an eye for detail
Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
Good Communication skills
Computer literate
1-2 years experience in an upscale restaurant Managerial position
On the job training experience
Responsible for maintaining restaurant sales, costs and departmental profits
Good knowledge in food and beverage policies and procedure and jobdescription
Takes initiative, dynamic, intelligent and strong leadership
