We are currently looking for a bright talented individual to fill the following position :
Payroll Staff (PS)
Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling payroll for all employees
Check and entry all data related to expenditure to be paid by the company to employee for the month on progress, include overtime, incentive, commission, benefit payment
Calculate tax to be paid for each employee through branch, prepare and distribute all employee income tax return
Procedure payment slip, distribute the slip to each employee
Making payroll report for Accounting & HR Department
Qualifications :
S1 degree in Accounting or other related major
2-3 years experience in handling Payroll
Have excellence knowledge about tax (PPh 21)
Have experience in payroll system
Must have high integrity and attention to detail
Computer literate
Able to speak English
