Spanish Red Cross, is looking a Project Officer for CBFA (Community Based First Aid) Program.
Based in Meulaboh, Aceh Barat.
Department: Health / Community Based First Aid (CBFA)
Contract Period: 6 months, 2 months probation included.
Salary: SRC standard.
Report to: SRC Health delegate / Head of sub-delegation.
Summary of Job Description
Work closely with the SRC Health Delegate/SRC Subdelegation Coordinator. Keep informed the SRC Health Delegate/SRC Subdelegation Coordinator. To ensure the appropriate implementation of the project and its activities, according to the requirements established by SRC HQ and the donor. To elaborate the reports for the Spanish Red Cross HQ in the way required. To elaborate weekly reports about the work developed. Work closely with PMI Aceh Barat, especially with the Responsible of Health Section and the CBFA Programme Staff/PMI Project Officer and team. Work closely with the stakeholders and other organizations. Attend to the meetings, workshops and training required for it. Establish, jointly with the SRC Health Delegate/SRC Subdelegation Coordinator and PMI Aceh Barat Branch Staff, a monitoring system in all levels (Branch, Programme and Community).
Qualification
Public Health or Social Sciences, Excellence English (written and spoken), Community Development Experience, Knowledge and professional experience on Logical Framework/Project, Planning Process/Project Cycling, Administrative knowledge, At least one year experience working with NGO´s, At least one year experience managing, projects/programmes, Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), SPSS, Data Processor, etc, Be able to work independently, Strong skills in groups coordination, facilitate workshops, Strong communication skills/facilitators.
