Head of Sales
· Bachelor degree or higher with at least 5 years working experience in Mobile /FMCG industry and minimum 3 years experience in managerial position.
· Proven wide connection and good relationship in channels for handset distribution
· Experience in building up and managing sales team to deliver targets.
· Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English
· Excellent organization, leadership, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
· A self-motivated initiative person, able to work independently yet a team-player.

Sales –Manager / Assistant manager
· Bachelor degree or higher with 3 years working experience in Mobile / FMCG industry
· Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English
· Excellent organization, leadership, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
· A self-motivated initiative person, able to work independently yet a team-player

Sales – Senior Executive / Executive
· Diploma or higher with 2 years working experience in Mobile / FMCG industry
· Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English
· Excellent organization, leadership, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
· A self-motivated initiative person, able to work independently yet a team-player
· Willing to travel and possess own transport

Scope of Work
Each professional will work toward the same goal and take responsibility depending on your level and role in the sales team.
· Plan, control and direct activities of sales force and distribution channel to secure maximum sales volume and profit target
· Develop maximum potential sales from all market for the company’s products
· Formulate and recommend policies and objectives to ensure the most effective operation of sales activities.
· Contribute to the development of achievable sales target based on forecast market trends and customer analysis
· Advise and consult Senior Management on current developments including customer reaction and distribution channels
· Responsible for the design, development and delivery of effective management and sales training program to ensure sales force potential is maximized
