We are the leading Telco solutions company in Indonesia, currently we are seeking highly qualified and dynamics Operations Director to support our growth.
Operations Director - Telco
Responsible for leading, directing, as well as understand the Business Process from the user and give an optimal solution both standard and through Enhancements. He / she is also responsible for all module related deliverables like documents, functional specs, testing of developments, refinement of developments etc. Minimum an S-2 degree in appropriate disciplines.
At least 12 years experience with 3-5 years in a people management role. Ability to work with all facets of the business which require working knowledge and interaction with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and Customer Care.
General Requirements
Led Billing Operations in a Wireless Telco for at least 5 years.
Incident Management and SLA awareness a must.
Application automation and Operations Monitoring to be core skills.
Should have grown from a development background and good acumen for Telco business ? specially wireless.
Ability to be stationed in Indonesia.
Strong customer / management reference check.
The above position can be based in Jakarta. Ability to work as a team player and be achievement oriented, computer literacy, good communication skill, ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Indonesia and English, Mandarin spoken is a plus.
