Training & Development Specialist
Job Qualification:
- Male / female
- Bachelor degree in management, engineering or other
- Age 28 – 35 years old
- Experience 4 – 6 years in handling Sales training matters (preferred from Consumer Good- Multinational Company)
- Excellent in setting up and delivery training modules
- Board minded networking and sourcing of people development
- Hands on in training need analysis; training application and evaluation
- in depth knowledge and skill in the designing, development and delivery of training programs
