We will be actively promoting Mercedes-Benz heavy duty trucks & Buses to various Indonesian transport market segments with full support from Mercedes-Benz who has an established worldwide reputation in providing premium quality trucks for any transport applications.
We are currently seeking the services of suitably qualified candidate for the following positions :
A. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
General requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Mechanical Engineering
2. Having minimum 5 years sales experience within truck or commercial vehicle industries with minimum 2 years in managerial position ( prior experience in Kalimantan or East Indonesia and having wide customer database / network is an advantage )
3. Experienced in organizing marketing events and sales promotional activities, also managing customer database and maintaining customer relationships
4. Self motivated & independent individual who has strong salesmanship and negotiation skills, leadership and customer interface skills
5. Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
6. Willing to travel extensively
B. TRUCK APPLICATION ENGINEER
General requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Mechanical Engineering
2. Having minimum 2 years experience as truck application engineer Familiar with Mercedes-Benz Heavy Duty Truck will be an advantage
3. Having strong analytical and quantitative skills
4. Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
5. Willing to travel extensively
C. TRUCK SALESMAN
General requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma Degree, preferably from Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 2 years sales experience within truck or commercial vehicle industries
3. Independent individual who has strong salesmanship and customer interface skills
4. Good levels of drive and influencing & communication skills
5. Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
6. Willing to travel extensively
7. Should be willing to be stationed in Samarinda /Banjarmasin /Jakarta / Surabaya/Semarang
D. PARTS SALESMAN
General requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma Degree, preferably from Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 2 years experience within truck or commercial vehicle parts sales industries
3. Independent individual who has strong salesmanship and customer interface skills
4. Good levels of drive and influencing & communication skills
5. Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
6. Willing to travel extensively
7. Should be willing to be stationed in Samarinda/ Banjarmasin/ Jakarta/ Surabaya/Semarang
E. PARTS INVENTORY ANALYST
General requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma Degree, preferably from Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 2 years experience as Parts Inventory Analyst within truck industry
3. Having good analytical skills
4. Having good computer skills ( excel or other datasheet programs )
5. Proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
6. Should be willing to be stationed in Samarinda
F. MECHANICS
General requirements :
1. Minimum STM or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in heavy duty truck / heavy equipment industries. Familiar with Mercedes-Benz Heavy Duty Truck or Commercial Vehicles will be an advantage.
3. Proven technical skills on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
4. Self motivated & independent individual, willing to be relocated to remote sites.
5. Computer literate and proficient in English is essential.
G. TRUCK DRIVER TRAINER
General requirements :
1. Minimum D3 from Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years experience as driver trainer within truck or commercial vehicle industries Familiar with Mercedes-Benz Heavy Duty Truck will be an advantage
3. Self motivated & independent individual, willing to travel extensively.
4. Computer literate and proficient in English is essential
5. Should be willing to be stationed in Samarinda
