-Minimum GPA 3.00
-Maximum age 25 years
-Able to use selection tools
-Must be able to handle Recruitment and Selection activities, Assessment, and Training
-Hard Worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability
-Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java
