Customer Service Specialist
(Field Service, Based in Batam)
(Indonesia – Batam)
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be working in the Customer Service Department handling machine breakdowns and servicing at our customers and agents’ premises.
-Machine servicing, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines.
-Provide basic machine training to customers.
-Provide feedback and interface with other departments to improve on customer service and design of machine.
-Opportunity for overseas assignment for regional service support
Requirements:
-Diploma in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical or Electronic from Polytechnics or NTC 3 with more than 3 years of experience in related field.
-Experience in CNC machining preferred, candidates with electrical / electronic knowledge will be an advantage.
-Able to work odd hours and on weekend or holidays when require.
-Willing to travel.
-Good interpersonal skills and working attitude.
-Ability to work with minimum supervision.
