Our client is a multinational mining company operates a Copper project in Maluku area, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position: Warehouse Supervisor (Maluku area-based)
Position Description & Requirements
- overseeing stock control and processing orders;
- responding to and dealing with customer communication by email, fax and telephone;
- keeping stock control systems up to date;
- planning future capacity requirements;
- producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment;
- overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
- communicating with other departments;
- ensure that all stock is properly handled through the receipt and issue cycle;
- carry out warehouse stock audits, and resolve any warehouse errors;
- supervise the warehouse staff
- experienced in mining companies would be an advantage
- Willing to work at Site / Remote area on a roster of 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off
