Financial institutions seeking to work in rural areas face numerous constraints, such as poor infrastructure and low education levels. Moreover, the main products of many micro finance institutions—short-term working capital loans with frequent expected repayments—are not well-suited to seasonal or longer-term agricultural activities. The recent introduction by some donors of the financial systems approach in micro and rural finance—which emphasizes favorable policy environment and institution-building—has improved the overall effectiveness of rural finance interventions. But numerous challenges remain, especially in agricultural finance. Ayesha Qadir Trust is working on in a backward area of Kot Addu District Muzafar Garh. A free dispensary is working in a rent building. 13-½ area is donated for this purpose. Help is needed to take new medicine and equipment for poor former. A health program is also carried on in our trust. Women and children of the formers especially the health of mother and child are the chief concerns of the institute. Prevention of the various diseases and the programs of the health services are also started for formers. Medical camps are also organized for formers problem in Village areas. The formers are told the problems and our trust is solution of their problems. The welfare works are carried on for the formers so that they can grow more crops to become prosperous. Contacts are need with different organizations for the construction of the building. So, your organization is welcomed to visit our trust and our area. So that you may be recognized about the poor condition of the people of our area, and you organization with lead us.
