A group of company with various industries located in Jawa Timur needs a QHSE coordinator. Our head office is in Krian – Mojokerto (± 25 km from Surabaya).
Ideal qualifications are:
1. Male or Female, Good Looking, Energetic, Good Personality, and Target Oriented.
2. Graduated from Technical or Management background.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in QHSE.
4. Good understanding about Safety Inspection, JSEA (Job Safety & Environment Analysis), AMDAL, UKL / UPL, SMK-3, Fire Fighting & Emergency Rescue.
5. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and make SOP with these standards.
6. Experiences to work with ISO-TS/16949 or ISO-QS/9000, six-sigma, balance score-card, QCC, FMEA, SPC, etc are highly appreciated.
7. Having good communication and presentation skills to all level of workers.
8. Willing to work hard, traveling, under-pressure situation, and long-working-hours.
9. Good computer literate (MS-Office, Visio, and Networking).
10. Good understanding of statistic.
11. Ready to joint in January 2009.
