HR Manager – Generalist
(Based in Bali )
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology in reputable university.
- Minimum5- 7 years of work experience in similar position.
- Experience in hospitality industry (five star hotel or luxury residential) is a must.
- Good knowledge of process flow, people development and performance management systems.
- Strong experience and background in facilitating and coordinating for training programs for various levels within the organization.
- Good knowledge in some organization development activities is a plus.
- Able to speak and write in English fluently.
- Independent, hardworking, responsible and loyal.
- Has wide networks; especially in hospitality industry is a plus.
- Possesses good communication & interpersonal skills.
