We are an international company dealing in Petroleum Products and Supply Chain Company in Batam and Head Office in Singapore, looking for qualified candidate to fill the below positions
ACCOUNT & TAX MANAGER
-Min S1 degree majoring in Accounting, Brevet A & B will be an advantage
-Capable to establish systematic accounting system customized to company’s need
-Possess excellent ability in managing, controlling tax matters & responsible for tax audit
-At least 5 years exp in Indonesia taxation and managerial levels
PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER
-Exp in secretarial affairs
-Good appearance & interpersonal skills
-Proactively develop good relationship with customers and governments
-Strong networking and organizational skills
-Possess good communication skills
PORT OPERATION EXECUTIVE
-At least 3 years exp in port clearance for vessel and cargo
-Hands on exp in handling L/C and shipping document , imp/exp procedures
-Able to liaise with CIQP (Customs Immigration Quarantine and Port Authorities)
-Able to meet deadlines, willing to work irregular hours including public holidays
-Min had attended the Seaman COC Training
HR MANAGER/ADMIN MANAGER
-Excellent knowledge in HR procedures & systems, Indonesian labor law and regulations
-Possess strong leadership and capable for achieving goal set by top management
-At least 3 years exp in managerial position
Requirements for ALL ABOVE POSITIONS
-Computer literate, competence in using MS Office
-Able to liaise in English, Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin
-All above positions to be stationed in Batam officer
